Rest Day...maybe end it with a little drinking...

Posted by Kit at 15:35

Kit: I am a jack of all trades. I have a good bit of interest in pretty much anything. That is both a blessing and a curse. I love to do CrossFit and anything associated with it. It has brought me in touch with so many people and is saving my dad's life on a daily basis. This blog is part my life but mostly my CrossFit life. I'm very inconsistent with this, but I'm getting better. Right now I'm training for the CrossFit Games Sectionals and will be documenting all of my workouts and maybe even some of my food. If you want to see more on here, leave something in the comments, and let me know. Most likely no one is actually reading any of this and this will just sit out in cyber space for aliens to read. Happy CrossFitting! SF!
